Purpose

The APTA Minnesota Nominating Committee solicits participation from diverse geographic and practice areas of physical therapy in Minnesota, in order to prepare a slate of candidates for office positions, delegates, chief delegate, and to fill the Nominating Committee. This committee prepares ballots, supervises the distribution and tallying of election results, and reports election results to the membership.

Notice of APTA MN Election Slate

In accordance with our APTA MN Bylaws, the proposed slate of candidates for elected office is being sent to the membership thirty (30) days prior to the upcoming election.

Any member wishing to nominate another member or themselves for office may do so until October 15, 2026. Should the chapter receive such a nomination, and receive a completed “consent to serve” form, that nominee will be added to the slate presented here. Members wishing to submit such nominations should email the chapter at info@mnapta.org.

The election will open at 9 am on October 1 and close at 5 pm on October 30, 2026. Voting will take place electronically through a secure voting platform managed by a third-party, Association Voting. All PT and PTA members of the APTA MN are entitled to vote in the election. Students are not permitted a vote.
