Matt Quanrud from TRIA Physical Therapy at Park Nicollet presented at the 3rd Annual “Curiosity Conference.” His topic was “Turns Out the Couch Is Not a Good Retirement Plan.” Matt discussed updates related to sarcopenia/GLP-1s and frailty in various aging clinical populations and assisting clinicians in talking with their patients about the true risks of inactivity/frailty and the benefits and challenges of getting active and strong.
Matt is Board Certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. In addition to orthopedic practice, he also treats vertigo related to the inner ear and balance dysfunctions.
