Olaf Morkeberg from TRIA Physical Therapy at Park Nicollet presented at the 3rd Annual “Curiosity Conference.” His topic was “Closing the Loop in Patient Care: Screening, Referral, and Implementation of Social Determinants in Health Programs.” Olaf discussed how patient care may be influenced by social determinants including Housing Instability, Transportation Difficulties, and Food Insecurity.
Olaf is a recent graduate of the TRIA Orthopedic Residency. His clinical care includes patients experiencing a variety of conditions, ranging from chronic pain to postoperative care.
